Our Returns Policy
- Park & James offer a complimentary delivery, exchange and return service.
- All Items should be returned as new and in the original Park & James packaging. Any gifts or promotional items in the package must also be returned unopened.
- Returns that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer, at their own costs.
- All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
- All items returned must be authorised via email from customer care at care@parkandjames.com Unauthorised returns can and will be returned to the sender. At this stage a free return label will be sent via email.
United Kingdom
- For all returns, exchanges and refunds please follow the below procedure. Please submit written notification within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. We offer a free no questions asked return service, provided the product is returned to us as new. Please send us an email and we will forward to you a return delivery label.
- Collection's can also be arranged from an alternative location of your choice. Please email at care@parkandjames.com to arrange this. If you would like to exchange the size or style, please inform us of the replacement shoe name and size. Prior to returning your item, please make sure that you have received an email confirmation that your request has been authorised and that you use our pre-paid return label.
Europe
- For all returns, exchanges and refunds please email care@parkandjames.com For any returns in Europe the goods remain the customers’ full responsibility until accepted at our returns Department. If an exchange in size is needed this should be requested via email to our customer care department within 14 days of the receipt of the package. Returns and offered our customers as a complimentary service. Please note we accept one free delivery and free exchange per purchase.
Rest of the world
- All returns, exchanges and refunds must be notified. Delivery and returns are free with purchases over GBP350.00. To return or exchange an item please send an email to care@parkandjames.com within 14 days of receipt of the package.
- For any return in any country outside Europe the customer is responsible for any customs and government charges levied. The goods remain the full responsibility of the customer until the package arrives into our returns department.
- Exchanges must be notified in writing and must be confirmed via return email prior to sending the parcel. A complimentary returns label will be forwarded to you upon receipt of your email. Please note that any customs or excess charges levied by the government of either departing or receiving country remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping & Deliveries
- Park & James ship worldwide with specific couriers depending on location. Deliveries are made during business hours generally between 9.00am and 6.00pm.
- Our nominated courier requires a signature for all deliveries and therefore cannot leave your order with a neighbour or at a secure location, unless requested at purchase. This is to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your Park & James package.
- Within the United Kingdom, we aim to dispatch all goods within 24hours; Once your order has been dispatched delivery will take place within 48 hours. All packages are fully tracked and insured, once dispatched tracking information will be forwarded to you.
- For orders outside of the United Kingdom, this is dependent on the delivery service used for the destination country and updated information regarding your parcel and estimated delivery dates can be found through tracking your item online.
- Various parts of the United Kingdom including but not limited to some locations in Scotland and Ireland will experience a 2-4 days delivery time. Please contact Customer Care prior to ordering if you have any queries.
- Our courier will leave a calling card for the receiver's attention detailing clear instructions of how to arrange a re-delivery or collection from the local collection point. Please contact care@parkandjames.com should you have any queries regarding your delivery.
- Delivery outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility where they apply. If so, our nominated courier will either contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost.
- Alternatively our courier will require payment of import or customs duties upon delivery. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you do not choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge to you any additional costs incurred by Park & James.
